Abdulla Salem:
Abdulla is applying
for an accountant job. He was born in Al Ain and lived there for a while then
moved to Abu Dhabi for personal reasons. He finished his high school in a
private school and afterward he graduated from Abu Dhabi Men’s College with a
bachelor degree in accounting. Abdulla didn’t actually say his full name when
he was asked to; this means that he may forget some things when he is asked to
do some job. He suffered a little bit with the words. He needs vocabulary
improvement. Abdulla is a freshman with no work experience. He doesn’t have any
idea about the bank that he is applying to. He’s ready and willing to work for
the bank. He doesn’t mind to take six months training course in the bank. He
sees himself after three or four years as an accountant manager in the bank
with employees working for him. His greatest strength is in mathematics. He
says he’s good in math and good in numbers. When he was asked about his
weakness he said: “I can’t think of one”. This shows that he is capable and
able to work under pressure. He adds that he is a patient worker and can handle
difficult situations. Ending the interview he asked about his job title and the salary he’ll be getting.
